Delaying 🐟 maturation the SeaSmart way!
Salmon maturation is heavily regulated by light conditions. At SeaSmart, we track the underwater light profile. By understanding these light sources, we can strategically position artificial lights at specific depths to most effectively delay the maturation process. This leads to better quality!
How do you choose the depth of your maturation lights?
