To keep things simple and transparent, your invoice is automatically generated once your car has been delivered. It is then sent directly to your inbox by email. Before delivery, the proforma invoice remains available for reference.
If you manage multiple car movements each week, flexibility matters. That’s why you can choose how and when you receive your invoices:
- On a fixed day each week
- Individually or bundled in a batch
- Via email or through Peppol
These small adjustments can make a real difference to your administration process, helping you stay organised while reducing manual work and saving valuable time.

A smooth delivery starts with a careful inspection 🔍
The car arrives. The driver is ready for the next stop. The handover is almost complete.
At that moment, taking a careful look at the vehicle before signing the CMR can make all the difference.
A quick inspection helps identify any visible damage immediately and ensures that all remarks are recorded correctly on the CMR. It is also advisable for carriers to take clear, timestamped photographs of the vehicle at the loading location to document its condition before transport begins. Once the CMR is signed without remarks, a damage claim may no longer be accepted.
In a busy operation, it can be tempting to move quickly and continue with the day. However, those few extra minutes can help prevent unnecessary discussions, delays, and frustration later on.
Clear communication protects everyone involved. Careful inspections and properly documented photographs help keep car transport transparent, reliable, and professional from start to finish.
