We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Officer to be at the heart of our back office! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things perfectly organized, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
✔️ Lead customer onboarding and configure technical setups
✔️ Collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance, and more to ensure smooth operations
✔️ Maintain and optimize customer profiles, mobility packages, and system configs
✔️ Troubleshoot operational processes and help improve our product
✔️ Manage internal systems and monitor customer transactions

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proactive, solution-driven mindset
✅ Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
✅ MBO diploma with 2 years of experience or an HBO degree
✅ Tech-savvy with a knack for tackling complex challenges
✅ Available for 32-40 hours per week
