Quantoz has transferred its cryptocurrency-related activities to a new company, Dicutech N.V., effectively from 1st April 2022.

These activities include the NEXUS crypto brokerage- and custodian services and the HappyCOINS services registered with DNB.

Quantoz N.V. will focus on the so-called tokenization activities. These include the stablecoin, NFT, Metaverse, and digitized shares projects. The e-money license application, applied by the subsidiary Quantoz Payments, also falls under Quantoz N.V.

Quantoz and Dicutech have the same shareholders, and also the management team remains the same. Nothing changes for existing customers either.
