DUTCHBUZZ - Sharing news with the international community in The Hague
Every individual, group or community needs a VOICE that people are going to listen to. A voice that reflects who you are, your aims and expectations, your interests and concerns or merely your rants and raves. A weekly programme, DutchbuzZ, is that listening ear, a sounding board and a reflective voice for the international and expat communities in the Netherlands.
Our programme is full of news, views and interviews that tell you all about the buzzing city of The Hague.
We kick off with the talking point of the week, whether it be the municipality's controversial plans for a new cultural centre, developments at the popular beaches, or an interview with one of the city's many prominent visitors. As this is the city of international peace and justice, we cover news from both the International Criminal Court and other tribunals based in The Hague. We are concerned about the environment and animal welfare and the provenance of the food in our markets and other outlets. We bring you news about wining and dining in the city, the social and cultural events in the week ahead, and our art and theatre critics give you their opinions on current exhibitions and performances in the city.
You really get to know what is happening in The Hague by listening to DutchbuzZ!
