Happy Monday Morning Escapees! Who else is reminiscing over the nice weather of the past few weeks? ☀️🌧

Some food inspo for you on this nice Saturday by our lovely an easy 5 ingredient brownie cake! It has crispy edges and gooey middle. It is also know as Kladdkaka in Sweden.
All you need is:
145g melted butter
360g sugar
120g plain flour
60g cocoa powder
3 lightly beaten eggs

Mix it all together in a bowl and pour into a cake form. Bake at 160° (fan) for 30 mins.
Pro tip: Best served warm 🤍

Hello everyone! We are collaborating with BETA Netherlands to organize a Model European Union (MEU), which will take place on Saturday, the 19th of March. A MEU is a simulation of the EU legislative procedures. If you sign up, you will roleplay as a Minister in the Council of the European Union, following the steps of the regular legislative processes by which directives and regulations are adopted. After participating, you will receive LWE hours and a certificate that will look great on your CV! If you are interested in participating, please fill out the form in our bio, and the organizers will contact you.

As you may have heard, this morning Russia has attacked several Ukrainian cities, and officially declared a full-scale war with Ukraine.
Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odessa, Lviv, and other Ukrainian cities are bombarded. The map shows the locations that were targeted by rocket attacks this morning.
Ukraine is under the threat right now. We are asking you for your understanding, and if it is possible please share the information about the conflict.
It is really important now to raise awareness about the issue.
