Following your guts, what would you upgrade like to work on when it comes to your emotional management?

Do you know this feeling of being in a void? I am in one right now.

In this space we don’t really know who we are.

We left an old version of ourselves and the new one we are about to step in.

The inbetween, is called “the void”.

It happens to me each time I do the work and it happens to my clients and it’s normal and actually wanted.

But also scary AF.

It’s like running through a forest, in the middle you start to feel creepy but don’t know if you should just keep running and know the end will come soon, of give up and go back.

Well going back isn’t a smart plan.

Having faith and trust in your intuition is what it comes down to.

I share with my clients all the time the raw version of how things work. Truth is what sets us free, what helps us grow and what makes us feel safe to keep going when it gets messy.

So I share what happens to me in this place, so everyone who works with me knows and really gets how to navigate it.

I feel lost, confused, I doubt all my decisions, don’t know where I am going, suddenly don’t like my favorite things, life starts feeling boring, nothing works out the way I wish it, and it’s definitely not how I image this succes to be. Actually it’s the whole opposite contrast of that. It’s a mind f*ck everyday.

And that very strong pull to go back to what I know, because that feels safe. My old identity knows how to be, act and feel like that.

That pull back can be strong!

I know exactly how to be a traveler, nomad, deal with the ins/outs of consistent change, who is a photographer, who lives everywhere, who doesn’t have much material items, how to be on my own and friends in all different countries and who loves eating healthy…. and so on.

Her season is over, I am on Portugal building new things, new experiences, new dreams, but every day my mind tries to win me over, and swing me back to what I already know.

I know in my soul, she is done and new great things are lining up for me, a new space… but I don’t know yet who she is.

The old my has to have a funeral and death.

And this is always hard, it’s always hard to let go.

Even when we know that moving forward is the most exciting thing to do.

And therefore every day I do the work to stay in my center, follow the truth of my heart.

This is how dreams, life, love, health, relationships, businesses, finances expand.

By becoming the version of you who has already done that. It’s a scary place, I won’t lie.

And if anyone ever tells you it’s easy, it’s not.

It’s worth it, it’s not the easiest thing.

Yet staying in your old self with all that soul desire and energy wanting you to be a better, more alive, more successful (on your terms ans ideas) version of you …. is harder.

So that’s why they call growth “easy or effortless”, but don’t forget there is always work 😉.

Today I stayed home (while everything in my old self wanted to catch the train to a gorgeous beach 1,5h from here - screaming for some travel) - building and working on the BLOEM Breathwork studio.

I’ve been in the void many times, I don’t like the feeling, it requires a lot of work … and then I remember it’s always been worth it. I commit to being faithful to my dreams and soul.

BUT!! I can’t be who I am without this process, and I sincerely love the celebration and feelings when it’s done. And I will do it again and again. Because to me living life to the fullest is always worth the stretch and growing pains vs the contrast of compliance.

And I trust that I am able to handle, hold, have and expand everything that is meant for me.

The real work of having it all.

And to me in that void between old and new, the one thing that had always worked is to return to my breath!

And that’s why I am excited to stay home today and build the BLOEM Breathwork Studio, because it’s one of the key tools I use when I work with my clients.

When emotions go wild and everything becomes hard and starts pulling, breathing and meditation keep you centered and going + it’s great for health!

This is so true!

After years and years of trying all kinds of modalities or listening to ideas like this, nothing worked.

Until I really understood the power of the meaning 80% inner game and 20% strategy and doing.

This is when you whole world shifted and I also got a lot more busy in my outer life with really cool stuff and things that are a dream in my reality!

Shifted to a completely new level of authenticity today. More me, more and stronger foundation.

Building dreams (love, money, experiences, creative expressions, purpose) requires a strong foundation.
One that can hold that dream.

It’s the one thing most people online never speak about. When your foundation drops, your business, relationship, money, mental health everything drops. Nothing stays upright.

The foundations build in my life through terrible parenting etc. and kinda complete brainwashing made sure that no matter how powerful I set my intentions… things crumbled down.

The online world is full of programs saying “manifest xyz” … than you do the exact thing.

Nothing happens.

That’s not your fault.

It’s not you being lazy.

There is nothing wrong with your intentions or journaling.

Its the foundation! And everyone can re-create, rebuild & re-design foundations.

Its the main epic pillar on which all abundance, prosperity, joy is build is you!

Work you and all other thing will fall into place. Things didn’t happen (yet) dig deeper.

Yes you can! If I can dig myself out of litteral craziness and a world full of lies and what else not… than you can tackle your struggles, upgrades and uplevels.

The fancy language for “listening to your intuition” is called “tapping into altered states of consciousness”.

Intuition is not something fancy …. we make it sound fancy, elite and special (to create gaps so people will look up to others. Modern day divide and conquer stuff) … we all have it and we can all train it. Like a muscle.

Also you don’t need a trip to Peru and some plant medicine.

I’ve been fascinated by creating dreams, feelings of happiness and joy and success ever since I was 15 years old and I was in a really deep place of depression.

People around me in highschool were using all kinds of drugs and I remember thinking one day on my way home alone at my bike … I was too shy to participate in al of that… that it’s not required to take anything at all.

I unconsciously tapped into my own intuition and the energy fields that connect us.

I also used this skill to answer the questions at my school paper, getting high grades with ease.

When I started blocking this Intuitive skills, my school grades dropped to horrible levels.

Through out the years I learned what it means to not listen to our intuition and how it can create very dark times in our lives, with lots of fear.

And also how massively succesful we can become when we recognize our intuition, listen to it and act on it.

There is lots of fancy words and science for this exact very human and very primal skill we forgot over the years.

Although in my husband, Pakistani family and eastern world I very much see them use intuition as a main source for doing business and running family’s etc.
