Every element in the facade has been transformed into Glass, even the doorknob!

Yes! Today, MVRDV-ALL-Giboire were announced as competition winners for Ilot de l’Octroi, a new residential development in Rennes, France.
The multi curved facades of the residencies take inspiration from rock formations - playing with geometry, colours and materials.

Our Turm Mit Taille model being back at the office while traveling Europe. The project is scheduled to be realized in 2018!
The first 10 floors twist up to the eaves height of the surrounding urban area, while the 20 remaining higher floors of the tower have a square layout. The combination of these layouts leads to a celebration of the uniquely Viennese combination of urban blocks and towers.
