Visualized for Diederendirrix architectuur & stedenbouw in 2013, residential complex Picuskade is part of the restructuring of the historic industrial area at the head of the Eindhoven Canal. We are thrilled to show off our contribution to the reconstruction efforts of this important industrial area.
Back in 2013, we visualized this cozy series of residential dwellings in Culemborg for Eentien Architecten. The structure maximizes the flexibility of the floor plan by using a smart prefab concrete hull with a very short construction time. The project offers a lot of possibilities for quality living quarters.
Visualized for FABRICations this structure in France was made to embody the positive dynamics of small communities, generating a sustainable village-like community. This 2012 project was dubbed the GRID, a French acronym for “Générer des Relations Intergénérationnelles Durables” ( “Generate Sustainable Intergenerational Relations”).

Another image from the Green Square project made for Dutch City development. More than just a business campus, it aims to bring modern, sustainable living to a diverse range of people. The premises offer 500 rooms and include restaurants and bars among other recreational facilities.

The Merwede area development is a new neighborhood in Utrecht featuring 6,000 homes. Developed by Janssen de Jong Projectontwikkeling, Lingotto Ontwikkeling and 3T Vastgoed, the 65,000 m² project consists of two residential blocks. The area will offer 420 homes with an interesting program in the plinth and redevelopment of the bicycle depot.
Back in 2012, we developed this production of visualization Kop Zuidas in Amsterdam for the Gemeente. The southern side of the city has become a prominent area for new constructions and residential areas.

One of the visualizations we did for UNStudio showing their masterplan design of three completely new islands, comprising a total area of 18.210.000 m2.
While the project didn’t win the competition, we look back at a wonderful collaboration with great team result with UN Studio.

Zeeburgereiland represents a varied neighbourhood embodying the theme of 'unity in diversity', designed by Marlies Rohmer Architects and Urbanists. Built for residential comfort, the area boasts balconies and terraces oriented towards the sun.

Brainport City Tower in Eindhoven serves as a stunning entrance into the entire region, breathing technology and innovation. This visualisation was a wonderful collaboration with Barcode Architects, Karres en Brands, and Vesteda.
