Progress Is More Than Physical 💪🏼
For anyone who thinks bodybuilding is only about the physical side of the sport, reality can be very different.
After making incredible physical progress, it was time for Celesta to take a step back and focus on overcoming some mental struggles. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is prioritize yourself and your well-being.
Once she was ready, we continued the journey together and the progress since then has been nothing short of amazing 🔥
This transformation is not just about muscle, shape or condition. It’s about resilience, growth and having the courage to keep moving forward.
