TOOL KIT — ‘It works if you work it’ does not only apply to Alcoholics Anonymous. It’s there whenever theory and strategy need to be put into practice.

I tailored my workshop ‘Raise your profile’ as part of the extensive programme the SEM Academy offered 30 almost-graduates and young professionals. Using my Authenticity model and the well-known Golden Circle, we also worked on translating them into texts and images to be that distinctive professional.

Why the ‘WHY’? — Raising your profile revolves around changing perspective in order to define distinctiveness and engage with your audience in communication.

‘Why do I do what I do’ and ‘Why should anyone be interested?’ were central to the four-hour workshop for students and alumni, conducted twice at the Kunstuniversität Graz.
