Wat heeft hij zijn pand prachtig verbouwd, en dan geef je het met vertrouwen maar ook met spanning uit handen voor de verhuur. Hoe leuk is het dan om te zien hoe alles goed terechtkomt, met tevreden huurders die volop genieten van het vastgoed.
