ROTTERDAM SUMMER CARNIVAL AT ITS BEST 🔥🌍

Another HEAT Summer Carnival Block Party for the books.

Biergarten was packed once again with beautiful people, big smiles, dancing, flags and that unmistakable carnival spirit. From the first track until the final moment, the energy was incredible.

A big shout-out to all the DJs who brought their sound and personality to the block party. But most of all, thank you to everyone who showed up, danced with us and created such a warm and unforgettable atmosphere.

You are what makes this tradition so special.

Next year, we’ll be back on the Friday before Rotterdam Summer Carnival for the HEAT Summer Carnival Block Party 2027 — and we’re hoping to keep it accessible and free once again.

The legendary HEAT Summer Carnival Block Party returns to Biergarten & Annabel Rotterdam.

What started as a celebration of rhythm, culture and community has now become a tradition during Rotterdam Summer Carnival — a place where the sounds of the diaspora come together in the heart of the city.

Expect Caribbean, Afro, Latin and global rhythms, good food, cold drinks, dancing, family, friends and that true summer carnival energy.

The past weeks were bigger than football.

Together, we created spaces where families, friends, communities, generations and cultures came together to witness history. Moments of pride, joy, tension, celebration and belonging.

None of this would have been possible without the people and partners who believed in the vision from the start.

A huge thank you to Biergarten and Annabel for opening up your spaces and helping us create a home for these historic World Cup moments in the heart of Rotterdam.

Big love to DJ Fantastic, Nathalie Cijntje, Pinto, Batucade de Monte Care and everyone who helped bring the music, energy and culture into the room and onto the square.

This Friday, July 3, Cabo Verde takes on Argentina in another historic World Cup night.

Can Cabo Verde shock the world again against Messi’s Argentina?

For this special edition of HEAT Sports Café XXL, we’re going bigger. The match will be shown both outside at Biergarten and inside Annabel, giving you the choice to watch the game in the open air or indoors.

With good weather expected — 23 degrees and dry — we’re creating a unique night-time football experience on the square. With special permission, we’re able to show the match outside in the middle of the night.

Because of the extra safety, security and production needed to make this happen, this edition comes with a small entrance fee. We’ve kept it as fair as possible:
