As the Communication Student Assistant for the University Council, you play an important role in supporting the councilโs internal communication, engagement, and community-building activities. You are responsible for organizing a variety of events and initiatives, including trainings, onboarding sessions, team-building activities, and events aimed at strengthening the connection between the council and the wider Erasmus community.

Fill out the official candidate form (find it via the link in bio or on the EUR website).

Submit your candidate details, proof of identity, and student enrollment.

Interested in becoming a Member of the University Council? ๐
There are 12 seats available for students and 12 seats available for staff member. You can submit your candidacy by sending an email to the Election Office ([email protected]) from 16th March until 31st March, 12.00 hrs. โฐ
The Central Election Office only accept candidacies who comply by mentioned conditions:
1. One email (sent from your EUR-accountโ) including the 2026 Elections University Council Student Section Submission Form:
2.Also state in the email:
- the announcement you are submitting your candidacy for the University Council,
- a motivation per list and each member individually only in a Word document (maximum of 250 words in English and Dutch) and
- a suitable photo (only in JPG format) of yourself/all members on the list.
- For your information: The motivations you send in will only be used as promotion for yourself/your list. There is no selection committee to judge you.
3. And state that you agree to publication of your relevant personal data, specifically in the electoral system, on the Elections website (if desired) and on the website of Erasmus Magazine (if desired).
