Project Highlight: 11,000-ton topside load-out at Saipem Karimun Yard
Roll Group successfully executed the weighing and load-out of an 11,000-ton topside module in Indonesia, utilizing 362 axle lines of SPMTs, 15 PPUs, hydraulic jacks, and high-precision load cells.

• 11,000-ton topside module

• Hydraulic jacks ranging from 400 t to 750 t
• Custom-engineered transport configuration
The project's complexity stemmed from the combination of the module's weight, structural geometry, and restricted space available for equipment positioning. Through detailed engineering and careful ex*****on, Roll Group delivered a transport solution that met all operational requirements safely and efficiently.
This successful project demonstrated the strength of combining specialized equipment, engineering expertise, and experienced ex*****on teams to deliver complex heavy transport operations worldwide.

Project Highlight: Integrated transport and topside load-out at Seatrium’s Singapore Yard 🚢
Roll Group successfully supported Seatrium with the movement of a 2500-ton Deck Support Frame (DSF) and the subsequent topside load-out operation in Singapore.
The project involved multiple phases, including transport engineering, mooring, ballasting, grillage and seafastening design, as well as the ex*****on of both the 16,000-ton DSF movement and topside load-out. Through detailed planning and close coordination between engineering and operational teams, each stage was completed safely and efficiently.
Following the positioning of the DSF beneath the topside, the structures were integrated, resulting in a combined load of 15,000-ton for the final load-out operation.
By combining specialized equipment with in-house engineering expertise, Roll Group delivered a reliable solution that met the project's operational requirements and demonstrated the benefits of an integrated approach to heavy transport and logistics.
