Onder de geldige inzendingen ontvangen voor 31 juli 2014 wordt drie keer een Fitbit Flex en één keer een iPad Mini verloot!

Meedoen is eenvoudig: je installeert de CommonSense app op je Android telefoon en je vult op papier in wanneer je naar bed gaat en opstaat. Doorloop de volgende stappen om mee te doen:

1. Ga naar https://www.CommonSense-Dashboard.com
2. Meld je aan voor de Beta
3. Klik op de link in de email die je dan zult ontvangen om een account aan te maken
4. Volg de instructies tijdens de registratie om de Android app te installeren
5. Print het onderstaande invulformulier
6. Wanneer je gaat slapen leg de telefoon dicht in de buurt maar niet onder je kussen
7. Vul op het geprinte formulier in hoe laat je naar bed gaat en opstaat

We hebben 21 dagen aan data en ingevulde tijden nodig, het hoeven niet 21 aaneengesloten dagen te zijn.

Wanneer je dit hebt verzameld stuur ons een scan of foto van het formulier onder vermelding van je naam en emailadres (dezelfde die je hebt gebruikt voor je CommonSense account). Dit kan via een facebook bericht of een email naar [email protected]
Graag vooraf aangeven door middel van een mailtje dat je mee wilt dingen naar de prijzen.
