This message captures what it's all about. The idea was to not just smash it with the food but to build something that creates a little community. I'm always ready to talk to anybody about anything and everything. Never know what we will learn from each other. Be someone's 5 minutes. Some of you have been my 5 mins on a day. But when I'm doing circles multitasking in the chaos when it's busy. The que starts talking to each other too. I've heard people say they love coming to the truck cause it's the only place they can talk to strangers.
That makes me happy that my rage against the machine is working. You might one day get a machine cooking it fast and as well as me, but i won't be at the end of it being mental, and all the colour around the experience is gone. Quite ironic I have to write this on a machine, but hey ho.
