đ·Craft Wine by Go Good

In the weeks leading up to our 12th Anniversary Festival we are introducing breweries who will be joining us and today we have our last (but definitely not least đ) two guest breweries to introduce:
To make these introductions extra special, our founder Tsjomme shares a few words about how we got to know them!
đș Laugar Brewing (ES)
"A brewery from the Basque Country and friends from the very beginning. They brew beers with the quality youâd expect from a brewery located at the epicenter of the gastronomic world.
The people who work there brew with passion, energy, and a love for flavor. The first time they attended our festival, they brewed a beer while pouring pints and even fitted a fermenter with a cooling line at the same time. Theyâre legends"!
đș La Pirata Brewing (ES)
"La Pirata is the brainchild of Aran, and also a Kaapse friend from the very beginning. When they had just started out, I invited them to our festival, and we both immediately felt like we were family. The brewery is located in the mountains near Barcelona. As a true Catalan, good taste runs in his blood, and he creates truly exceptional beers, from easy-drinking brews to beautiful barrel-aged beers and grape ales. You wonât meet a kinder person than Aran, and youâll be hard-pressed to find better beers".

In the weeks leading up to our 12th Anniversary Festival, we are introducing breweries who will be joining us and today we have three more introductions to make!
To make this extra special, our founder Tsjomme shares how we got to know each individual brewery.
đș Walhalla Craft Beer (NL)
"Just like Kromme Haring, we see Walhalla as kindred spirits in the Dutch beer scene. Aart makes amazing beers, avoids following trends, and fully does his own thing. Every beer they produce is incredibly tasty and consistently high quality. Weâre happy their new location is finally up and running, and we hope to remain friends for many years to come".
đș Brussels Beer Project (BE)
"Weâve been friends with this brewery from the very beginning... and theyâve grown at least tenfold by now. When I invited founders SĂ©bastien and Olivier to our very first festival, they didnât even have a brewery yet, let alone beer on draft. They showed up with bottled beer and fridges to serve it. These guys have been a huge inspiration to us. In the 12 years Iâve known them, theyâve built two impressive breweries, produce phenomenal beers, now have six of their own bars, and truly have beer running through their veins".
đș Fermentage (PT)
"This is a brewery weâll be meeting for the first time. Weâve heard nothing but great things, so letâs give them a warm welcome in Rotterdam".

đșTo Ăl (DK)
"These are true legends from the early days! A brewery with a similar story to KaapseâŠjust about TEN times bigger. They started without their own brewery in 2010, and in 2019 they opened To Ăl City in an incredibly cool location: a former ketchup factory. Itâs a phenomenal brewery where, besides beer, they also produce canned cocktails, cider, and their own spirits.
An absolute role model for Kaapse. And their beer is DELICIOUS!"
đș Norm Brewing (BE)
"This is a brewery weâll be meeting for the first time. Weâve heard nothing but good things, so letâs give them a warm welcome in Rotterdam"
đș Brouwerij de Kromme Haring (NL)
"A brewery close to our hearts. Just like Kaapse, they have a strong love for âunsellableâ stylesâŠand they brew them from time to time, which makes us very happy.
Theyâve been producing some of the best beers in the country for years. High quality, entirely in their own style, without caring about trends in the slightest. Hereâs to staying friends for a long time to come.

MEET OUR FRIENDS!
Over the coming weeks we will be introducing all the guest breweries who will be joining us for our 12th Anniversary Festival, and today we are starting with the first three!
To make these introductions extra special, our founder Tsjomme shares how we got to know each individual brewery.
đș The Kernel Brewery (UK)
âWithout this brewery, Kaapse Brouwers would not have existed. In 2011, I started working at The Rake, one of Londonâs first craft beer bars, located in Borough Market, where I was introduced to The Kernelâs beers. Literally every beer I tried from them was delicious.
The brewery is a perfect example of âsmall brewery, big impact.â In terms of approach, Evin O'Riordain is a role model for the beer industry: simple beers of outstanding quality. The Kernel doesnât prioritize revenue or growth, but instead focuses on quality of life, quality of work, and peace of mind.
There are even breweries with signs that say: âWhat would Evin do?â
If you ever lose your way⊠thatâs your answer" đ
đșSleeping Village Brewery (NO)
âWe had been friends with this brewery long before it even existed. We already knew the owner and brewer from his time as a barrel manager and brewer at the legendary NĂžgne Ă, where he met the other owner, IngebjĂžrg, who is the daughter of NĂžgne Ăâs founder.
Sleeping Villageâs beers are always perfectly on point and rank among the best in the worldâ.
đșQ***r Brewing (UK)
âWe met this brewery at a festival hosted by our friends from Brussels Beer Project. Itâs an inspiring group of people who brew phenomenal beers.
I canât wait to get to know them better!"
