Een benauwend portret van twee jonge vrouwen die kampen met een slaapprobleem. Hun akelige dromen en slaapstoornis wordt verstikkend vastgelegd aan de hand van film en dans.

Wat is het effect van slechte slaap op het emotionele en fysieke functioneren? De toeschouwer staat dichtbij de slapeloze belevingswereld en vergezelt de vrouwen op een reis van intensiteit.
