Vegan Recipe for vegan persons with some desi style

A unique and different karela recipe for all vegan lovers.

Ingredients:
- Bitter Gourd (Karely) 1 kg
- onions 5-6 medium size
- tomatoes 2medium size
- Green chilli’s 4-5
- salt 1Tsp
- red chilli powder 1Tsp
- oregano Powder 1Tsp
- cumin poder 2 pinch
- Turmeric powder (Haldi) 2pinch
- Oil 5-6 TBs for paste
- thread 🧵
- Ginger Garlic paste 1Tsp

Directions:
- Firstly wash & peel all bitter Gourd ( karela) and
remove all inner things from it.
- add salt 2 Tsp in bitter Gourd outer layer mixture and keep them aside for 1 hour ,Do same thing with Bitter Gourd
- In a fry pan add chopped onions,tomatoes,green chilli’s ,Turmeric,oregano,green chilli,ginger garlic paste and Bitter Gourd outer layer mixture. cook them well on medium flame. you can add some water for better mixture.
- make sure wash bitter Gourd and its Outerlayer with water after salt process.
- in a separate pan deep fry (as per your desire to use less r more oil) Bitter Gourd.
- fill all fried Bitter Gourd with mixture and tied them with kitchen thread.
- use remaining mixture as curry, placed in a pan and filled bitter Gourd on high flame for 5-6 mintz.
- now vegan dish is ready to taste.

Ingredients:
* 500g boneless chicken (cut into an inch sized cubes)
* 2cups of plain flour (add more if you require)
* 1Tsp salt
* 3 Eggs
* Oil for deep fry as per your desire otherwise i tried to ise less oil for chicken fry

For Sause:

* 100g Butter
* 5 to 6 Cloves of chopped garlic
* 3 to 4 Tsp chilli Flakes
* 1/3 Cup Soya sauce
* 1/4 cup Tomato sauce or tomato ketchup
* 2 Tsp Honey
* 1/3 cup water

Garnish :

Some sesame seeds ,chopped Spring Onions and also use cashews

Top Tip:

Please prepare sause on low flame.
Prepare sause before fry the chicken.
Mix/Coat it with fried chicken once the sause is cold.
