Pigment before the mark.
Every Origin Piece begins the same way:
tools, color, surface.
Layer by layer the composition is rebuilt directly onto the garment — not printed, not transferred.
Only after the structure holds
does the figure appear.

The koi emerges through layered colour.
Scales, fins, and water are built gradually across the leather surface, allowing the figure to settle within the movement of the sleeve.

Thank you Feyenoord Rotterdam for the framed copy of the shirt that is based on the player tunnel I designed and painted. It has a nice place on the wall of my studio.
