Stretching Techniques & Clinical Yoga Postures

Ideal for helping to reduce muscular tension and increase flexibility after a daily run or exercise session.
If you have time complete this sequence twice to three times and hold each stretch for 10 - 15 seconds.
Breath whilst completing the stretches, and if you feel pain in any stretches / postures reduce the intensity, and stop if you still continue to feel pain. Always listen to your body and enjoy stretching.
