Ray is the sun on Bear in the Big Blue House. He debuted in the second season episode "Good Times." They are still very good => See further

Whereas Bear talks with Luna every night before going to bed, Bear is only occasionally seen talking with Ray. They are still very good friends, though. Like Luna, Ray has his own song, "Good Morning." Ray states that his outlook is always sunny.
