Toothy, a set of teeth, bemoans to his agent Manny that he needs a new partner for his act, which has lost its shine. Manny calls in some potential partners - a Washcloth and Hairbrush, which don't fit the bill. Finally, a Toothbrush arrives and Toothy is instantly struck by her. Her friend, Pasty, applies some toothpaste to her bristles and she cleans up Toothy. The new act performs a musical number in celebration of their new partnership.
