Jet Setter Tutter

Jet Setter Tutter is the explorer uncle of Tutter on Bear in the Big Blue House. His first mention comes in the third season episode "It's All About You," setting the plot of the episode in motion when he sends a postcard to Tutter, whom Jet Setter hasn't seen since Tutter was a baby mouse, and asks him to tell him more about himself. Jet Setter makes his first physical appearance later in the third season, in "The Tutter Family Reunion." Donning sunglasses and a yellow scarf, he speaks in a swinging Austin Powers-esque dialogue and lingo, complete with exotic spy-themed acoustic guitar playing in the background. He frequently punctuates his dialogue with a "Yeah!" and a quick, swaying side-to-side dance. At one point, Jet Setter compliments Ojo on the "smashing fur [she is] wearing."
