Learn Dutch Fast

This was last Friday. We were helping someone with serious exam anxiety to prepare for her Dutch B2+ exam ( BIG register). Nikkie & I played “examiners from hell.”

We deliberately mispronounced her name every single time, sighed loudly, rolled our eyes, made dramatic red-pen marks, checked our watches, whispered to each other, yawned… the whole package.

Her task? Give her presentation and keep smiling no matter what.

It worked incredibly well. Afterwards she felt such a huge release of tension.

Now she’s absolutely convinced that the real exam will be much more pleasant 😉

Wil je je voorbereiden op het B2+ -examen om je in te schrijven voor het BIG-register? Kom dan naar de Total Immersion hier in Laren, op 25, 26 en 27 maart. Voor iedereen die al minimaal op B1 zit, en van dieren & wandelen houdt. €600, - inclusief lunches en materiaal, 2-4 deelnemers. Lestijden zijn een beetje afhankelijk van het aantal deelnemers. Stuur me een PBtje als je interesse hebt.

Het werkwoord is "helpen", maar het is 'de hulp'.

Would like to do a test exam CNaVT B2 and/or C1?

I was asked to join a pilot with some of my students, to test the new set-up for the CNaVT exam…
Who would like to join? First half of December, 3 hrs here in laren. €50 pp.
You can't get a certificate for this , plus, very important!: you can't register for that level in 2026.
So it is just for yourself. I think they will tell you if you would have passed or not, and I will evaluate you as well. Please let me know before November 10th in case you would like to join. Otherwise, you can ignore this message 😉 Lieve groetjes
