Made some more changes on our Triumph Bonneville project. Custom fit two silencers half the original size for a smaller profile and more sound. Swapped out the original signal lights with smaller led ones. Some chrome delete on the engine with black finned covers. And got the classic speedo meter looking like a G shock watch. Swipe for some before and after shots.

I started on Justins Triumph Bonneville project by removing all the standart OEM parts reveiling the frame. I cut the frame tubes and welded in a shorter frameloop and made some sneaky tail light inserts in the frame. Finished it by adding a short alloy fender.

Justin brought us his 2023 Triumph T120 Bonneville "black edition" to chop up. He said it runs and drives pretty nice, but it looks boring and it is'nt black enough. It's the newest bike we've had on the chopping block. I'm stoked, let's go!

Kevin brought his fun little Yamaha SR400 to the shop for some upgrades. We chopped the tail a little bit and added a pair of tail and signal lights. Replaced the original headlight with a smaller black version. We also replaced the speedo and tacho meter for a smaller single one. Small upgrades, big changes. Thanks mister Kikkert!

Got more stuff done on his Transalp. I took the speedometer apart and took out the analog speedo. Rewired a digital Koso meter and slapped it on top cyberpunk style. Next was the exhaust.. To stop Demy his ears from bleeding, i placed a bigger silencer and made a longer linkpipe to muffle the sound a bit. Oh, and we got our shaved swingarm back from powder coating and gave the Transalp Gsxr rear brakes 😎
Next up: replace the blue side mount with a center mount!

Fitted the new WP usd front fork to the Transalp. Ditching the soft original one that was already equiped with hyperpro springs. And with bigger brakes and new wheels it's looking like a proper streetbike, should handle like one too if i'm correct.
Still got lot's more to do, but for now: Have a nice weekend!
