Asparagus soup is a true Dutch spring classic. It’s a creamy, delicate soup made from fresh white asparagus (often called ‘white gold’ in the Netherlands).☀️

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4):
• 500 g fresh white asparagus
• 1.3 l tap water
• 2 chicken bouillon cubes
• 1 fresh leek
• 30 g unsalted butter
• 30 g wheat flour
• 125 ml whipping cream
• 2 eggs
• 50 g cooked ham
