I’m not afraid of the silence in a conversation

The only thing we all want is comfort
Comfort & ease
Silence is not comfortable for most of us and in my mentorship I see what it does to the ones who have been offline 5/7 days.
It makes us stop, stand still and look inwards
Things come to the surface
That we’ve been hiding for a long time
