Freestyle intro to our PUURLiedjes gig.
This is where we transform our sound from a full blown and loud electric vibe to a (sort of) easy listening, soft acoustic sound.
There's more to it than just changing the instruments. In order to make it worthwile, you have to rediscover your own work and approach your music in a different way. Not copy paste, but rewrite instead.

'Morning Train', this time not right next to actual train tracks but on Mevrouw van Lenneps beautiful and sandy terrace in the Philips van Lennep park in Eindhoven..
"We might be defeated, by our own victory!" Yeah, so we're doing quite well as a society........ right? A song about the downside of success. Also a song where guitar and bass find each other, actually almost crash into each other, and drums that just don't care.

Sweet is online, go find it on youtube!
Yes you might have heard this song before, but more than any other song, this one changes every time we play it. 'Sweet' is our oldest song, played by various players in various bands in various countries. Every time there seems to be a different approach to the vocals and the guitar just gets meaner too.
For this specifically inspiring location, we just added an intermezzo that literally was made up on the spot! That's what nature does, we should go out more and 'play in the sand'.
Different from our other songs, this one is about love, but not really......
