From that place, they build healthier, more generous and more human relationships. When one’s value is not at stake, others stop being a threat and become a possibility: for learning, for admiration, for shared growth.

Las personas con mayor autoestima que hemos conocido comparten algo en común: no compiten, no imponen, no necesitan demostrar su valor. Desde ahí, construyen relaciones más sanas, más generosas y más humanas. Cuando el valor propio no está en juego, el otr@ deja de ser una amenaza y se convierte en una posibilidad: de aprendizaje, de admiración, de crecimiento compartido.
