I don't just play Star Stable Online, even though it might seem that way sometimes 🤣.
But no, I actually play the games I need, even though that might sound a bit crazy, but I’ve made playing games a mission over the past few years, and that is to calm my mind 🤯
As someone with ADHD, I often get stuck on everything happening around me: what I have to do, what I want to do, what I can do, and what the priorities are. I find that difficult sometimes, especially when the priorities are things I find difficult or simply don't enjoy, like paperwork or household chores.
As soon as I’ve done any of that and the restlessness is overwhelming, I force my mind to calm down with a game. These can be various games, but SSO is one of them.
