Hitmanics

The season is starting again and we are looking for new players ! Are you interested in trying out softball or baseball ? You are welcome to join one of the following practices.
Baseball at 20:30 on Wednesdays (13,20 April)
Softball at 20:30 on Thursdays (14,21 April, you can join anytime afterwards just let us know)

Last Saturday, the players under 27 played once again in a training game together!

In anticipation of the season our baseballers are still on the field. We don't let the weather stop us from having practice! 💪

Yesterday, our baseball players under 27 played in a scrimmage against each other. With the competitive season being delayed, everyone was happy to hit the field again and play their first game of the season!

The Covid restrictions are extended and that means that the season will begin later than planned. Our games will begin from 17 May at the earliest.

The trainings have started again last week and every team already went on the field at least once. Everyone had a good time playing again with their team!

The KNBSB has published the competition-poules for 2021. We will be represented by 3 baseball teams and 2 softball teams this year! The first and second baseball team stay in the same divisions, but the third team is looking for a bigger challenge in a higher division 💪.

Also, since our poule of softball players keeps growing, but is not yet big enough for 2 full teams, we decided to team up with Blue Birds honkbal & softbal vereniging to form HS2!

We will keep you posted on all the goings-on at hitmanics this year, so keep your eyes peeled ! ⚾🥎

Tonight was the first game Hitmanics played this year! A softball game against Vlaardingen Holy. Not all softballers were able to make it. However, we were lucky enough to have our new members from our 3rd baseball team join us!

Due to the new measurements the government reinforced yesterday, the accommodation will be closed until at least the 31st of March. All games and practices for the month have been cancelled.

We will inform you when the situation changes again.
