VEGAN & G.F. CHOCOLATE HUMMUS - ready in 10" !
Ingredients for 2 portions:
200 g cooked chickpeas
20 g cocoa powder
25 g vegetable coconut, almond or other butter or 2 tablespoons of seed oil
agave syrup or other sweetener to taste
hazelnuts as topping
Drain the chickpeas from the jar into a bowl. If you use home-cooked chickpeas from dried ones, skip this step. Rinse the chickpeas well under running water and pat them dry briefly with kitchen paper.
In a mixer, combine the cooked chickpeas, 20g of cocoa powder and 25g of vegetable butter. Blend until you obtain a cream. Taste and sweeten with your favorite sweetener (vegan syrups, honey or sugar): blend to combine. Decortate with hazelnuts as topping. YOUR DESSERT IS READY!

I am forever grateful to Kristina's raw recipes inspiration, as she saves my summers.. when the heat and especially humidity is out there, it literally kills me... I don't feel like eating at all, I live on juices, but then in the middle of the night I wake up super hungry and end up in the kitchen to make a sandwich with whatever on hand.... NOT iDEAL! Since last Monday then I started to eat watermelon for lunch and a huge protein salad for dinner.. It keeps me hydrated, energised for all day long so that I can enjoy a peaceful sleep as well... in this video you can get some ideas for a beach or forest picnic as well. Skip the first 7' if you're not interested in mushroom tea:)
