Humans of TU Delft: student and water polo player Jasper Mulder Who are the people who study or work at TU Delft? We meet them in Humans of TU Delft. This time: Jasper Mulder prepares to compete against the top European university teams.

The BadtCie is the committee that runs the Badtrand!🍺 You probably know us as the people 🙋‍♂️behind the bar that serve you your delicious drinks🍷, but behind the scenes we do a lot more than that. We make sure that our beer fridges❄️ are always stocked up, the music is booming 🔊 and that the Badtrand is as welcoming as it can be 🙌🏻. Next to that we are trained First Responders for everyone’s safety✅, we coordinate committees in the bar 📆 and organise a fun activity every now and then.💃🏻 So next time you are drinking an ice-cold beer in the Badtrand, think about us! 🍻👨‍👨‍👧‍👧
We currently consist of 7 members: Lisanne Den Held (Chairwoman), Wim Gommans (Secretary), Seppe Kuipers (Treasurer), Elisa Arts (Commissioner Communications), Juliette van Mil (Commissioner Promo), Auke Molenkamp (Commissioner Purchases) and Doesjka Nederhof (QQ).

Starting today we will give you some insight on the committees of WAVE, for instance who they are and what they do. We will start of with our aXie this year called the VaXie.

Hello, we are the VaXie, our name is a combination of the words aXie and vaccination (‘VO) 💉, because of the pandemic you know. Our committee organizes the most amazing VaXivities for you, WAVE members 💙💛. You might know us from the Escape Room or First WAVES 💕, but we still have a lot coming up. Don’t forget to sign up for the Easter VaXivity or the Christmas dinner 🎄.

The people behind these incredibly groundbreaking VaXivities are: Maartje “Marty” Janzen (VOzitter 🍻), Birgit “Bier” van Buiten (secritariër 🐣), Lucas “prof. Dr. Pilsgod” Hofman (treasurer, a real treasure 🤩), Tristan “ Truus” ten Napel (Qte Qtie 1 🥰) and Irem “Urm” Tijhuis (Qte Qtie 2 🥰). Fun fact: we all have an unnatural love for lasagna and we are sad we cannot make it as dessert for the Christmas dinner (or will we??🧐).

Vorige week zijn er tijdens de EindBBQ verschillende verkeersovertredingen begaan. Na uitvoerig onderzoek van bestuur 29 kwamen zij tot de conclusie dat er 30 is gereden in de 29 km zone. Na verschillende ondervragingen werd duidelijk dat het kandidaatsbestuur verantwoordelijk was voor deze zeer gevaarlijke overtredingen. Desondanks presenteren we hier met trots het 30ste kandidaatsbestuur der DSZ WAVE.
