Co-guided by two experienced instructors, this retreat weaves together the lightness and playfulness of aerial yoga with the grounding, meditative qualities of yin. Through a balance of dynamic exploration in the hammock, and slow introspective floor-based practices, you’ll be invited to expand your practice, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
This immersive experience blends creative movement, mindful rest, and yogic philosophy, offering space for both exploration and deep release in a supportive and inspiring environment.
