JOB DESCRIPTION:
The branch operations manager will be responsible for implementing branch goals and overall business success. Provide directions, leadership, and motivation to ensure that the branch team achieves sales and operational goals. This is a very important position that requires a strong understanding of branch managing and general operations procedure. You must have commitment, dedication, and drive to achieve aggressive objectives and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise the day-to-day operational activities of the branch.
• Hiring, training, and retention of the staff.
• Expenses control.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Review daily reports.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in the logistics sector as a supervisor.
• Through knowledge of logistics operations including delivery procedure and customer services.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work with all kinds of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to coach staff to ensure a high level of customer service.

LANGUAGES REQUIREMENTS:

• Somali (Native or Bilingual)
• English (Fluent)
• Arabic (Fluent)

BENEFITS AND WORKING HOURS:

• Working hours (In negotiation)
• Contract minimum 6 months
• Starting date 1st November 2021
• Salary (In negotiation)
