It is home to the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, and offers more than 800 concerts per year. There are also many video recordings for television made each year. In the past this meant using large television trucks, with a large team and high costs. The PolyCast TV studio in the Concertgebouw changes all of that. Using the newest technology, PolyCast can make high-quality full HD video and TV recordings for minimal costs. The set is based on six state-of-the-art remote-controlled box cameras. These small cameras are barely visible in the hall and offer unparalleled HD quality, especially in combination with PolyCast’s exceptionally fine lenses.
