A million Spotify streams for my Bowe song Relax Relax Relax!! 🔥🎉🙏🏻

I remember that the company Dormio asked me to write a song with a holiday vibe in 2015. Then I came up with 'it's a good good day, cos you're on a holiday', but the CEO didn't really like it. Later I changed that to 'Ze is een Rum Cola, da di da di da', which became my most streamed track. 😄🙏🏻🤷‍♂️

So, back to the drawing board. But writing the song was allmost impossible as the twins were babies back then. We went to Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor in Germany with the family and I went outside the house when the boys were napping and kept playing the chords over and over until I had a good sketch of the song.

My father's girlfriend at the time, was as grounded as a person could be. Getting a compliment from her was very rare. When I went back in the house, she said 'pretty decent song'. I remember thinking...holy Moses, this must be really good! 😂😄

Dormio ended up using the song in a TV and radio commercial and NPO Radio 2 played it too, which was really cool! Currently a beds company is also using it, so the song really seems to have nine lives!
