Throwback at last Sunday's cooking for a Southafrican family of 4.
We made spanakopitakia, pork with plums, potatoes and orange, and everyone's beloved galaktoboúreko flutes, for which we conveniently lost count of the pieces consumed per person. 😀

It's always wonderful to receive feedback from my customers, but some of it is even more special.

So, Marjan was in Evia some decades ago, and back then stuffed peppers (gemistá) were her favorite dish.
The ones she got from Olivity were the only ones that brought back the flavor of her memories. 😍

On 29 May, there was a private dinner for 18 guests at Olivity, hosted by the lovely Alexandra from the Flying Carpets community.
We maxed out the space's capacity, even had music by the talented Piet, and it was wonderful to see all those smiling faces (including the youngest guest of just 7 years) enjoying both the food and the company.
Definitely an evening to remember! ❤

Last Monday, there was a cooking workshop at Olivity to celebrate the big-7 birthday of a lovely lady.
The challenge: it had to be fully gluten-free.

Challenge accepted, so we made gluten-free pastizzio and kolokythokeftedes, and then a Greek yogurt mousse and a salad.

Now, the gluten-free person is now convinced that the Greek cuisine is the answer to what to eat when you eat no gluten. 😊

Throwback to last Saturday's open cooking workshop at Olivity, where, as it happens when you are having fun, we almost forgot to take photos. 😊
Besides the koulouri and the Nutella flutes, we made a divine melitzanosalata and okra with chicken, and everyone was too full to move, so mission accomplished! 🤩

Sunday lunch workshop yesterday at Olivity, with a group of 8 friends celebrating the birthday of one of them.
We drank mimosas, made different bites (spanakopitakia, tiropitakia kourou, meatballs with tomato sauce, mini savory muffins, and bulgur-stuffed mini peppers), and after everyone stretched their stomachs to the maximum, leftovers were packed to enjoy today. 😊
