Het is ons duidelijk geworden dat wij met ons prijssegment een groot gedeelde van de markt niet kunnen bedienen met ons unieke assortiment vol met smaak explosies.

Het zou niet eerlijk zijn om voor de bestaande klanten de prijs hoog te houden dus zullen ook zii vanaf vandaag genieten van onze prijsverlaging.

Ons menu zal er vanaf nu zo uit zien met deze prijzen:

A Big Bowl of Caesar Salad with topping of your choice (Jerk Chicken/Grilled Chicken/Smoked Mushrooms) 
1 Bowl is enough for around 10 people.
Minimum order of 20 people (€13 per person)

BURNEY CAESAR - A Caesar salad topped with Jerk Chicken, Romain lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan and our homemade XO Caesardressing.

Every good chef has to be able to make a freaking good salad. It’s not that hard. What makes your salad is the dressing you add to it.

In my eyes it’s very important to give your own twist when you design a traditional salad like this.

🛡️ SPARTAN - A grilled Chicken Sandwich with Romain lettuce and our homemade Chipotle Mayonnaise.

This one was a battle. Me loving every type of food that’s spicy and my businesspartner/brother/amiga doesn’t. So we had a big debate about te design of a sandwich thats low priced and totally not spicy. I didn’t understand his point of view but eventually grew in to it.

We all know Spartans love a battle.

🥪CLUBHOUSE - A Clubsandwich with Pulled Smoked Chicken, Cheese, Tomato, Salsa, Lollo Blanco and our Homemade Aioli!

This is type of sandwich is where it all started: A club sandwich. A club sandwich is mostly defined by 3 layers of bread with your ingredients of choice.

Fun fact we almost named the restaurant “Clubhouse” and we were only supposed to make different types of Clubsandwiches.

🔥 BURNEY BEK - Jerk Chicken sandwich grilled in HELL with Romain lettuce and our homemade Rosemary Mayonnaise.

🤤 While designing our menu i woke up one day CRAVING Jerk Chicken. So i marinated some and was only supposed to BBQ the Jerk for the people in the office with some rice and beans, but it was SO freaking good we had to design a sandwich with it.

And that’s how one of our BESTSELLERS came to life! 🤫

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST. My real favorite menu item. As i already mentioned i FEEN spicy food and i love a good salad. Unfortunately this combo isn’t offered a lot, so i decided to fix the issue.

For those who didn’t know “Patois” is the dialect they speak in Jamaica.
