BRIGHT FROM THE MORNING – Ceci
The bedroom is where the day quietly ends and begins again. At Ceci, we designed each residence to feel personal and withdrawn from the outside world: a place where warm walnut tones, soft textures, and considered light create a sense of ease that is anything but accidental.

Low, grounded spaces encourage a slower pace. Materials are tactile and layered, light is softened rather than dramatic. The result is a home that feels less like a showroom and more like a place that genuinely reflect who inhabit the intimate space.

Every spatial intention can be fully customized according to the wishes of the future residents with Studio Modijefsky.

THE BOLDNESS OF SIMPLICITY – Polly Goudvisch
The bar is Polly's beating heart and every detail tells you why. Colored marbles, textured glass, copper accents, and the signature fishtail motif woven into the woodwork. A material composition that draws you in and makes you want to stay and enjoy the space.
Polly is part of Goudvisch family, bringing their first venue to Amsterdam Noord. A modern reinterpretation of the traditional Amsterdam brown café, a place that feels like it's been there forever, yet is anything but ordinary. Just a few steps from the ferry across the IJ.

A ROOF TERRACE ON THE CITY – Ceci
Some homes don't just offer a view, they offer a perspective on the city. At Ceci, residential project situated in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Crown Residence sits on the 6th floor, where a west-facing roof terrace, angled façade, and wooden beam ceiling create a space that moves with the light throughout the day.

A design language translated into a colour and material palette, and a carefully curated collection of tailor-made furniture and light fixtures defining the space down to the very last detail. Generous open living meets more intimate corners: a kitchen nook, a reading spot, a terrace made for long evenings.
Every spatial intention can be customised according to the wishes of the future residents with Studio Modijefsky.

NOT SO HUMAN DESIGN – inspiration
In this light-blue composition, geometrical elements seem to fall perfectly into place, as if intentionally designed. But in reality, no matter how much we try to control design, structure, and maintenance, there are other powerful designers at play: time and nature.
Over time, materials fade and oxide. The sun has created this grid on the blue wooden panel, revealing the traces of former white bars. What remains is an unexpectedly perfect composition of lines and contrasts.
Together with the bold typography, it becomes a strong reminder that design is not entirely in human hands.
