I like to add some more personal notes on these mixes on my page. And this one deserves a special one. A good friend, someone that became family for us in our years in Amsterdam, an anchor after we moved there. is not only a great artist but a great person to have around, super happy to have this one on the channel.

This was recorded during a very memorable event for us at and .montjuic on a day when I played live right before Paduan. Club Aura is a beautiful event conceived by long time friend , and I couldn't thank him enough for trusting us to play in that incredible room with visuals from . To be given that space is a true honor, and to be able to share it with Patric after they moved to Barcelona felt meant to be and full circle. Gràcies Berru! I don't take this moment for granted, speshul stuff! Also gràcies to and Laut team for always welcoming us.

An event that has quite literally changed my life, and a big meeting point of many beautiful souls that, thanks to this annual pilgrimage, have become good friends. The team behind Mostra is family. Being part of this event is a full circle moment that I will make sure to celebrate on Sunday 🖤

The lineup is a dream, with both rooms open, Garage at its best!

This album found me at a record store, one of those where I knew nothing about the artist, and I knew the label just because of one release (by the amazing Katatonic Silentio).

Turns out it is an absolute gem 💎, a hidden gem for me! Breaky, dubbed out, psychedelic, atmospheric. Dive in! 🤿

Today I felt like sharing it, so I hope this is a nice discovery for you like it was for me. Let me know if it is 😄 And if this is an obvious one that I should have known forever, also let me know! 😂

- Oceans and Seas

Few LPs in the genre offer such a strong collection of timeless songs. A magnum opus on psychedelic techno, Wata Igarashi's Supernova marks a milestone or a checkpoint on the rise that mental sounds (from deep techno to ambient to the popularisation of 'labyrinth' format events) have had during the past decade.
Supernova is powerful, jazzy, trippy, emotional. Distills my favourite Wata elements: his arpeggiated melodies, his pitch rollecoasters, his out of vs in harmony play between elements that constantly mess with you. These elements are a perfect combination for this lisergic effect, but an euphoric one. We are peaking here!
I fell in love with this specific niche of the techno genre thanks to a Wata Igarashi record, if you scroll down enough in my feed you will find it. Some years later, his sound remains futuristic, mind bending, unique and brave.

Can't describe how much last weekend meant to me.
Listening to your music was inspiring, and spending time with all the people that inhabit the Springkell world was a dream. Love you all.
Closing the library room on Sunday afternoon was such a privilege... I can't believe i got to sit in that chair, where I have seen the most magical sets I ever experienced... No words!
I never felt so free when playing. Never enjoyed soooo much. And doing it in front of so many beautiful souls, friends and artists i admire deeply was the best gift I ever received. Thank you a million times!

A Sunday afternoon for the books!
Unforgettable day spent with friends and great music in the best club in town.
Thank you to each one of you that came to .montjuic for Club Aura and that sat with me for a while to listen to my live set. It felt warm, cozy, safe and welcoming. This is how i dreamt playing back home would be, but it turned out better. Each one of you makes everything worth it!

Sharing the bill with friend was the icing on the cake. What a masterclass in downtempo, dubby and subaquatic slow jams.

On Sunday I will be playing live back home in Barcelona.

Couldn't be happier to experiment with some noisy machines and dusty samples in front of my loved ones. A special occasion indeed, I am trying to keep it cool on this post because I could go all out ultra emotional!
But you know, this means a lot.

Expect an improvisation of modular noises, sample collage, a lot of drone, generative melodies and field recordings. It is minimalistic and slow. Eyes closed, brain massage 💆🏻‍♂️ I like simple but 💫emoushonal💫 stuff! Oh, and water 🫧🫧

I will be sharing the evening with on the visuals and maestro will bring the downtempo eleganza afterwards. Next to us in the club room, and will bring the heat.
