Super happy to be finally set up in my new studio to work from.
After a good few months of computer issues I can FINALLY start to work through my backlog of fun shoots done over the winter. So to get started, here is another from the series I did with Sharon Otto.

You meet, you great, you give sneaky cheek nibbles.

Sprookje and Gaucho's first studio shoot together.

This was the first time all three of these horses were together. Sprookje played coy while Gaucho and Caruso (owned by Wendy van den Heuvel and Jente Driessen)
enjoyed some manly squeaks, then when Caruso was taken out to ride, Sprookje and Gaucho got back to bouncing from cuddles to fights to cuddles.
I've again really enjoyed seeing the interactions of the horses with each other, they are such fun creatures.

This was just a fun shoot I did to capture the fun of my horse Sprookje interacting for the first time with his stable mate, Gaucho (owned by Wendy van den Heuvel).

Over the thirty minutes they were together they had little squeaks, nuzzles, roles and finally Sprookje convinced Gaucho to play with him.

I thought I would share so many images because these are moments not everyone gets to see everyday, and some people may find it interesting :)

Both are geldings who like to think they are stallions at times ^.^

I was very proud to be asked to create the logo for Horse Awareness's new look and website. The website is now live so please go and check it out as it might be of interest!

At Horse Awareness they combine Classical dressage with natural horsemanship. The main aim is that its fun, safe and relaxed to work with horse and owner and from there they work on mental, emotional and physical health/balance.
