This document presents the results of an artistic research study on diversity within a multiethnic and multicultural society, focusing on the city of Almere. The primary objective was to characterize the migratory grief experienced by migrant women and to highlight the ways in which they maintain, share, and transmit their cultural identity in the Netherlands. The study analyzed the challenges of international migration from a microsocial perspective, concentrating on migratory grief and diversity.
