El nuevo propietario de Hospedaje Hilmor Rivas, Carlos Roberto Ampie Hurtado, ha comenzado a limpiar y arreglar Hospedaje Hilmor con las 3 habitaciones privadas con baños privados que ahora son realmente agradables (¡¡la n. ° 8 incluso tiene una cama King muy grande!), especialmente por el precio de solo 550-c para 1-2 personas con ventilador.

PRECIOS:
BAÑO PRIVADO - Habitación Privada Básica y 1 ventilador
550-c para 1-2 personas. Cada persona adicional = 150-c.
#8 - Tiene una cama tamaño "King" extra grande (en realidad son 2 camas Individuales•Twin juntas que se pueden separar para 2 amigos que viajan juntos) y ventilador.
#9 - Tiene una Matrimonial•Cama Full & Individual•Twin size Literas y 1 ventilador (duerme hasta 4).
#5 - Una habitación enorme con 1 cama Matrimonial•Cama grande y 3 Literas individuales•Dobles y un baño grande (tenga en cuenta que hay 2 baños compartidos justo afuera de esta habitación que también puede usar) y 1 ventilador (con capacidad para 8 Se alquila con un mínimo de 4 personas)

NOTA: Si 550c es más de lo que quiere gastar, tenemos habitaciones más básicas con baño compartido por 350c para 2 personas y la mayoría comparte el baño con solo otra habitación, pero esa otra habitación a menudo no está reservada (aunque no hay garantía a menos que pague 200 c adicionales básicamente para reservar esa otra habitación), PERO, tienen 1 cama individual, que se puede juntar para convertirla en una cama King. Un ventilador cuesta +50 c por noche.
NOTA: No hacemos tarifas con descuento por hora, solo por noche.

SALIDA: Oficialmente, a las 10 a. m., pero a la hora que quieras ir (cuando estés listo para ir por la mañana, a cualquier hora), solo llama a la puerta del propietario/gerente - #4 y con gusto te dejarán salir.

HORAS:
Domingos-Viernes - 8am-9pm. Sábados - 8am-10pm
pero las salidas anticipadas y las llegadas tardías son posibles mediante acuerdo previo.

La nueva administración ha optado por no tener televisión. Lamentablemente, descubrimos que a muchas personas que DEBEN tener un televisor les encanta mirarlo a todas horas de la noche, lo que no es considerado con los demás huéspedes.
Nuestro objetivo es hacer que la experiencia de todos los huéspedes sea lo más placentera posible.

RESERVAS:
Lamentablemente, con demasiada frecuencia, las personas hacen reservas y no se presentan, por lo que actualmente no aceptamos reservas. Una habitación se reserva para quien la pague primero.

ESTACIONAMIENTO:
VEHÍCULOS: hay un nuevo y agradable estacionamiento cubierto seguro a una cuadra directamente detrás/al sur de nosotros. Es 50-c para pasar la noche. Y hay 2 estructuras de estacionamiento adicionales a 1-1/2 cuadras de distancia de nosotros (cuando esté seguro de que vendrá, le daremos su número ya que el guardia también trabaja en una propiedad cercana para que esté de un lado a otro y no siempre en el estacionamiento)
ESTACIONAMIENTO DE MOTOCICLETAS - Podemos acomodar hasta 3 motocicletas en nuestro vestíbulo.

RIVAS - Calle Los Millionarios 802 y 1a Avenida NE - Detrás de la iglesia de San Pedro / 1 cuadra al este del parque principal•Calzada•Paseo peatonal con muchos restaurantes y puestos de comida.
O - 1/2 cuadra al oeste de BAC (en el lado sur de la calle)

Somos LA MEJOR UBICACIÓN siendo la propiedad económica más cercana a nuestra Calzada•Paseo peatonal•Parque•iglesia principal San Pedro con muchas opciones de comida desde el desayuno a las 7 a. m. hasta las 9 a 10 p. m. tenga una noche de cine familiar al aire libre • Autobuses (una parada de Managua Express y Jinotepe Shuttle está justo afuera de nuestra puerta) • Terminal principal de autobuses • Bancos (incluido el Banco BDF que no cobra tarifas de retiro, pero solo para tarjetas de débito Visa internacionales) • Supermercado tiendas • Mercados•Mercadito • Farmacias (Nicaragua tiene algunos de los medicamentos más baratos de todos los Estados Unidos) • Atención médica/dental muy barata, mucha Ropa Americana (para ropa y otras para zapatos) Y MUCHO MÁS!!

PRICES:
PRIVATE BATHROOM - Basic Private Room & 1 fan
550-c for 1-2 people. Each additional person = 150-c.
#8 - Has an extra large “King” size bed (it is actually 2 Individual•Twin beds pushed together that can be separated for 2 friends traveling together) & fan.
#9 - Has a Matrimonial•Full size bed & Individual•Twin size Bunk Beds & 1 fan (sleeps up to 4).
#5 - A huge room with 1 Matrimonial•Full size bed & 3 Individual•Twin size Bunk Beds & a large bathroom (note there are 2 Shared Bathrooms just outside this room that you can use also) & 1 fan (sleeps up to 8. Rented with a minimum of 4 people)

NOTE: If 550c is more than you want to spend, we have more basic rooms with a shared bathroom for 350-c for 2 people & most share the bathroom with just 1 other room but that other room is often not booked (though there's no guarantee unless you pay an additional 200c basically to book that other room) - BUT - they have 1 individual beds - that can be pushed together to make into a King. A fan is +50c per night.
NOTE: We do not do discounted by-the-hour rates - only per night.

SHARED BATHROOM - Basic Private Room with 1 or 2 Individual•Twin beds.
1 Person = 200c (we do have 1 tiny room with no windows for just 150c)

CHECK OUT: Officially - by 10am but whatever time you want to go (hen you're ready to go in the morning - at any hour - just knock on the owner/managers door - #4 & they'll gladly let you out.

HOURS:
Sundays-Fridays - 8am-9pm. Saturdays - 8am-10pm
but early departures & late arrivals are possible by pre-arrangement.
(but if you're already checked in, go out & are wanting to come back in later - no problem - just make sure you have our WhatsApp•cell number & let us know ahead of time when you'll be returning so we can let you in [please do not ring the doorbell as it will wake all guests up as it's loud]).

WHY WE DO NOT HAVE TVS:
The new management has chosen not to have tv. Sadly, we find that many people that MUST have a TV love to watch it at all hours of the night which is not considerate to the other guests.
We're about making all guests experience as enjoyable as possible.

Sadly too often people make reservations & don't show up so we currently do not take reservation. A room is held to whoever pays for it first.

PARKING:
VEHICLES - There is a nice new secure covered parking lot a block directly behind/South of us. It's 50-c for overnight. And there are 2 additional parking structures 1-1/2 long blocks from us (when you know you're coming for sure, we’ll give you their number as the guard there works at a nearby property also so he's back & forth & not always at the parking lot)
MOTORCYCLE PARKING - We can accommodate up to 3 motorcycles in our lobby.

We’re THE BEST LOCATION being the closest budget property to our Calzada•Pedestrian Walk•Park•main church San Pedro with many food options starting at breakfast at 7am until 9-10pm (& some Deliver) & many events including Sunday nights they often have open-air family movie night • Buses (a Managua express & Jinotepe Shuttle stop are just outside our door)•main bus terminal • Banks (including Banco BDF that does not charge any withdrawal fees but only for international Visa debit cards) • Grocery stores • Mercados•Mercadito • Pharmacies (Nicaragua has some of the cheapest medications in all of the Americans) • Medical/Dental care for so cheap, lots of Ropa Americanas (for clothes & others for shoes) & LOTS MORE!!
