The English word "hosanna" comes from a Greek word "hosanna" which comes from a Hebrew phrase "hoshiya na". And that Hebrew phrase is found in just one place in the whole Old Testament, Psalm 118:25, where it means, "Save, please!" It is a cry to God for help.

And over the centuries the phrase hoshiya na stopped being a cry for help in the ordinary language of the Jews. Instead it became a shout of hope and exultation. It used to mean, "Save, please!" But gradually, it came to mean, "Salvation! Salvation! Salvation has come!"

It is the bubbling over of a heart that sees hope and joy and salvation on the way and can't keep it in.

What you are seeing now is a logo I created for 2 years ago, a unisex fashion brand here in Nigeria, presented in a better way than I would have normally done few years back.😁😎

Having learnt a thing or two about brand presentation recently and how a good brand presentation can promote you as a designer, I had to start this project of revisiting my initial branding designs and present them in a manner that is both appealing and professional.

Having gone through series of changes as a brand, and also having to learn new design skills and concepts along the way, I finally settled upon what would be the new and official look of the brand .quill
If there's any thing I've learnt through the years, it is that learning never ends and that we improve as we learn new things.
