SDG 1 focus is to ensure that all men and women, in particular the poor and the vulnerable, have equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to basic services, ownership and control over land and other forms of property, inheritance, natural resources, appropriate new technology and financial services by 2030.

It is our innermost desire at Rippled Africa to commit efforts into achieving this goal.

Reflecting on the inspiring session facilitated by Joan Mugaba, dedicated to SDG5 - Gender Equality, together we are shaping a world where every voice counts, breaking barriers and building equality.

The goal is to work towards creating a world where everyone has equal access to opportunities.

Our recent session for the Rippled Africa Program on SDG4 focused on quality education for all.

Our fellows were equipped with relevant information needed to transform lives with education.

We believe that when quality education is made accessible to everyone, society can be transformed.

It’s a new month, we hope you embrace the fresh start of February with open arms and a heart full of gratitude. Wishing you a month filled with love, growth, and possibilities! 🌟

Each week, the RipplED fellows are introduced to atleast one SDG.

Their session with Udemeobong Akpan was transformative, and they got to learn how they too can contribute to a world where good health is accessible to everyone.

The fellows learned the significance of Sustainable Development Goal 3, with a focus on the targets, goals, and indicators, as well as the health challenges facing Africans. They were however inspired to create lasting solutions to health challenges and well-being.

A huge thanks to our facilitator for sharing her wealth of knowledge with our young people.

In rewriting the story of a world without poverty, every action, no matter how little, counts.

Our first session for the RipplED Social Impact Program on SDG1, anchored by Ms. Ololade Ajayi, the founder of DOHS Cares Foundation , inspired the fellows to contribute to creating solutions for the broader goal of eradicating poverty.

What solution are you creating today?

We are thrilled to share with you that our 20+ Emerging young SDG Champions have kick-started their 3-month journey in our RipplED Social Impact Program.

The sessions started a couple of weeks ago and we are thrilled at the level of knowledge that the fellows have embraced and this has been made possible by our experienced and diverse pool of SDG facilitators.

We can't wait to see the SDG solutions that our fellows will be creating at the end of the program.
