Today’s walk:
🚶🏽♀️ 20,000 steps
📍 14KM
⏰ A few hours of moving my body and enjoying the process
One question I get all the time is, “Grace, how are you always walking in the sun and not getting darker?” 😂
The answer is simple: sunscreen and a cap. That’s it. Protecting your skin is just as important as taking care of your body.

I finally found something for every letter from A to Z. 😂
What started as a way to make my walk more interesting turned into one of the most fun walks I’ve had in a while. It kept me observant, engaged, and before I knew it, I had smashed my step goal.

30,000 steps. 21KM. 4 hours 23 minutes.
Today, I wasn’t fighting to keep going.
Instead, I spent most of the walk feeling proud.
Proud that my body can now do things that once felt impossible.
A few months ago, the thought of walking 21KM would have sounded crazy to me. But that’s the thing about consistency it quietly changes you. Not overnight. Not in a week. But little by little until one day you’re doing things you never thought you could.
Every healthy meal.
Every workout.
Every early morning.
Every walk.
They all add up.
This journey has taught me that weight loss is about so much more than losing weight. It’s about building habits, keeping promises to yourself, and becoming the kind of person who shows up every day.
Today was a reminder that consistency works.
30,000 steps later, I’m just grateful for a body that keeps carrying me and a journey that’s showing me what’s possible when you don’t quit on yourself.
