Hey everyone! Today, I want to talk about something that’s been on my mind a lot lately—starting small. When you're just beginning your journey, whether it's in vlogging, a new career, or any other pursuit, it can be intimidating to see where you are compared to where you want to be. But here's the thing: every great thing begins small.

When you look at the people you admire—the ones who have "made it"—it's easy to forget that they once stood right where you are now. They didn’t start with a massive following, perfect skills, or all the resources in the world. No, they started with just an idea, a camera, and a dream, just like you.

The truth is, you don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. Every video you make, every piece of content you create, is a step toward that greatness. It's not about being perfect; it's about being consistent. It's about showing up, even when it feels like no one is watching, because that’s how you grow. And let me tell you, those small steps add up.

So, what’s your goal? Do you want to inspire others? Do you want to make a difference? Do you want to share your unique voice with the world? Whatever it is, hold onto that goal. Let it fuel you. Because the road to success is built with small wins, with moments of learning, and with the courage to keep going, even when it’s tough.

Remember, this is just the beginning. The journey is long, but if you keep your eyes on the prize and continue to put in the work, you’ll get there. Believe in your vision, trust the process, and never underestimate the power of starting small. Because one day, you’ll look back and realize that those small beginnings were the foundation of something truly incredible.

So, let's keep pushing forward, one step, one video, one dream at a time. The world is waiting for what you have to offer—so let's give it everything we've got!

A poem by the Scribacious One,ARTHUR IFIJE
I BOW FOR LIFE !!!
In a life where two plus two is not always four,
I bow for life!
Where the most brilliant may not be the prize winner,
I bow for life!
Where some work all day long only for some people to eat their labour's fruits,
I bow for life!
Where the dullest and most ridiculed classmate may become the President tomorrow,
I bow for life!
Where the rejected one may transmogrify to become the cornerstone tomorrow,
I bow for life!
Life that no mortal mathematician can get the answer to its equations,
I bow for life!
The truth is that life doesn't hide its truths,
It will pour it on your face like a tap bereft of faucet,
Hmmm...life that has no mercy when you refuse to learn the pathways of life,
I bow for life,
Life in which twenty dreaming children will gather but in twenty years time only four may be alive,
Oh I bow for life!
I have learnt to understand that life is not a matter of smartness;
Neither is it by beauty,intelligence,power;
Life where a ninety year old man dies without touching millions but a fifteen year old is already a multi-millionaire,
I bow for life!
It is not a matter of showing off on diverse platforms,
But a matter of striking the right cord in silence,
A matter of your hustles making the right bubbles;
Like I used to tell Shegzy: Results lo ma speak jor;
May my efforts not be in vain in this uncertain life;
I seem fragile outside;
I doubt myself atimes but life is just about getting into the right frequency;
You can forget about the unneccessary stuffs in life;
Then other things will follow,
This is life....where your tears may fill up a bucket but nevertheless concentrate on the finishing;
Life where you will meet things that will frighten you out of your shell but nevertheless keep on keeping on;
Life where you will fail and people will despise you but keep on keeping on;
Tell it not in Gath,publish it not to the Philistines that you are fed up of this life;
Your hustle must pay o!
We are in this together!!!
Key into what matters alone in life so that you wouldn't get drowned in the ocean of life's distractions;
Lord help my soul,
Life do me well,
I have no choice I wouldn't have come at all;
But since I am here,it must be a succes;
Inspite of my silent tears and battles,I know in my cardiac architecture that I must keep on keeping on;
I must fight and be my own hero;
I must have faith that God have wonderfully made me,
I will not give up;
As this dexterous hands write this poem,it restores hope and passion to my weary soul,
But life I say to you that you are mysteriously mysterious;
I hope one day I will read this poem one day and flash a smile of fulfilment;
Happy to have climbed Abraham Maslow's pyramid to the peak of self-actualization;
I struggle daily but life must also bow too;
Because I am a student of life's ancient pathways,
Life I bow!
I bow for life!!!
Life I didn't kowtow but I bow;
Life show me good luck as from now;
Life show me love,
Life I deserve some accolades;
Vita arcum ego ad te!!!

*Jack MA*, The Richest Man in China said:

_If you put Bananas and Money in front of Monkeys, Monkeys will choose Bananas because monkeys do not know that *Money can buy a lot of Bananas*._

IN REALITY,
if you offer JOB and BUSINESS to people, they would choose JOB because most people do not know that BUSINESS can bring more MONEY than Wages.

Similarly,
*Robert Kiyosaki*, author of the best selling book "RICH DAD, POOR DAD" and also a business partner of Donald Trump said:
_"One of the reasons poor are poor, is because they are NOT TRAINED TO RECOGNIZE ENTREPRENEURSHIP OPPORTUNITIES._

They spend too much time in school and what they have learnt in school, is to WORK FOR WAGES instead of MONEY WORKING FOR THEM.

*"Profit is better than Wages, for Wages can make you a living but Profits can bring you a Fortune."*

*THINK INVESTMENT* and stop fighting over increments of salaries, it still won't be enough.....
*Hear this from a Professor to freshmen and women during their orientation:* (Actually he is an Acting DVC Academic at a small/new university in Kenya)

"Academic excellence is overrated!
Being top of your class does not necessarily guarantee that you will be at the top of life.
You could graduate as the best student in Finance but it doesn't mean you will make more money than everybody else.
The best graduating Law student does not necessarily become the best lawyer.
The fact is, life requires more than the ability to understand a concept, memorise it and reproduce it in an exam.
School rewards people for their memory.
Life rewards people for their imagination.
School rewards caution, life rewards daring.
School hails those who live by the rules. Life exalts those who break the rules and set new ones.
So do I mean people shouldn't study hard in school? Oh, no, you should. But don't sacrifice every other thing on the altar of First Class.
Don't limit yourself to the classroom. Do something practical. Take a leadership position.
Start a business and fail. That's a better Entrepreneurship 101.
Join or start a club. Contest an election and lose. It will teach you something Political Science 101 will not teach you.
Attend a seminar.
Read books outside the scope of your course.
Go on missions and win a soul for eternal rewards...
Do something you believe in!
Think less of becoming an excellent student but think more of becoming an excellent person.
Don't make the classroom to be your world but Make the world your classroom.
Step forward, try politics, try farming, try business, try an extra thing . ."

*Don’t feel shy to share with your children.*

I AM NOT A LAZY NIGERIAN YOUTH (A poem by Arthur Ifije)
When I heard that statement, I was so heartbroken;
If it was an ordinary person that said so,I will still have been angry;
But shockingly it was my President that said so.
Oh my goodness....
This is 'wickedly' wicked;
We Nigerian youths started suffering and hustling from the womb because of Nigeria's hellish government policies made our mums malnourished;
What could have killed many foetuses from other countries,we survived it;
Because of the resilient Nigerian spirit in us;
The day we were born and we opened our eyes to the earth,all we saw was darkness;
All thanks to the 'ANIMAL leaders' that never for once thought of building a nation that will soften the ground for the incoming generations;
Through their planless planlessness and their idiotic laziness,they made a
system that 'phagocytosizes' a coming generation even before they were born;
The smallest and basic things of life which are taken for granted in other climes becomes only a luxury for few Nigerian children;
Millions of Nigerian children grow into adulthood amidst the most hellish conditions on earth;
Bad and death-provoking roads;
No healthcare,no electricity,starvation,no schools,endemic insecurity, no good role models,no good leaders and so many maladies which are endless like the bottomless pit;
To go to school you have you have to tighten your belt,
The Nigerian system will frustrate you till you scream 'I QUIT!';
Nevertheless the Nigerian youth forges on,not minding the injustice being done to him by his government;
We have heard of the American dream;
But a Nigerian dream never for once existed;
But the Nigerian youth through his undying hope and ingenuity created a personal dream for himself;
Nigeria, like a destiny-killer that she has proven to be must always try to kill the dreams of our Nigerian youths;
When these same youths get outside Nigeria,the world bows at their feet;
When countries that love potentials see these same Nigerian youths,they grab them;
For these ones have passed through the FIRE and yet live;
Nigerian youths have been challenged;
And bet you,we will meet that challenge with vibrancy;
Is it because the Nigerian youths have been hopefully and patiently waiting for those epileptic elders(Who start to foam in their mouths at the slightest sign of microphone and foreigners) to right the wrongs of their generation?
I am angry 'rye' now....
Is it because we pretend to believe your lies of youths being the leaders of tomorrow?
Is it because they have not yet been punished for the injustice they did to us - the Nigerian youths;
It shall not be well with them all that destroyed the future of the Nigerian youths and still have the shameless effrontery and temerity to say that the Nigerian youths are uneducated and lazy;
As if they themselves are educated and hardworking;
As from now on,only youths should be voted for leadership positions- youths with eye-popping ideas;
Not some archaic,inept,illiterate,schadenfreudistic 'Gworo-chewing' bastards from Futa D'jalon;
We Nigerian youths are not lazy,it is you our visionlesss and intelectually marasmic leaders that are lazy;
Dont worry,the judgement day is here already- 2019 please hurry up!!!
I am going to vote this time around;
I am registering under a political party too;
I am voting for only a credible youth;
You awakened the giants in US;
And these 'lazy Nigerian youths' will manage to carry their lazy legs,holding with their lazy hands their lazy PVC to send you back to the Daura forest where you belong come 2019.
Even your corrupt underground bribes will not save you and your cohorts;
The thing pain me gan!
I have taken it personal;
You and Nigerian youths no dey the same level o,shey because dem dash u presidency abi?
Common Secondary school certificate e hard u.
